Im on the weight plateau from hell. I never count the decimals in the weight but I may start. For a while now, Ive gone from 188.7 to 188.4 and today 188.0...but I cant seem to get BELOW 188. I ride my bike to and from work every day, and those hills are BEASTS on the way home..so I don't want to drop my calories TOOOO far, but I think Im going to try sticking to 1500 calories from now on. 1800 is just not working for me.
