Did my weigh in 3 days early. Leaving for vacation Monday. Here's my true test, how I do with this life style change away from home. Living out a suit case, eatting out all the time. This summer has been so busy for me. I noticed a few people posted comments. Thank you for all the encouraging words. Have to say this is the easiest diet to follow. Once you get all the rules down. First 60 days is the hardest. On the third month you already have the tools in your home. Making it easier to succeed. Habits are formed.
