I totally forgot to weigh in this morning, so I'm taking yesterday morning's weight. That weight number is good considering it's what I weighed before vacation.

The week has flown by. Busy, busy at work. I did a DVD workout at home Monday night, Tuesday evening I went for a half hour walk after supper, Wednesday off, yesterday I did a run at lunchtime and today I plan to do the same.

My eating has been better this week too. We did have a BBQ at work on Wednesday but I didn't go overboard. Tonight we have plans to go out for dinner and then to Niagara Falls to see the lights and fireworks. It will be a late night for my 5 year old but then he can sleep in tomorrow morning.

So, I had my physical this week too. According to my Dr. my weight is good. She did recommend more strength/core exercises. I have to go for fasting blood work to check my sugar levels as my dad is a type 2 diabetic. She is also going to send me for a consult in regards to get a bladder wall fix. Apparently having children will do this to you!! I think it's probably a good thing to get it over with now at my age as I will recover quicker. Plus the benefits would be that I won't have to get up in the middle of the night anymore to pee! This also gives me incentive to keep my weight down too.

Nice work, Aggie; getting close to goal weight and streaming right along. You must have a great metabolism...with that amount of carbs, I'd be into about 11 days of my current path. Have a marvellous weekend yourself. Ian
