Frustrating - yes. Impossible to overcome - NO! To trigger the line on the scale in the downward direction try Dr. Ian's Fat Smash Diet for a few days. You basically eliminate meat, dairy and breads from your diet. You are allowed as much beans, legumes, fruit and veggies as you want. You can use vinegar and oil(small portion of olive oil)on your veggies. You can have 1 cup of cooked brown rice a day. It works. The diet suggests you do this for two weeks but that is for those who are seriously overweight and haven't been on a healthy eating regiment which you seem to be doing a great job at. You will go through. Let me know if that helps!

Thanks Darci! We've been doing a pretty good job and neglecting our fresh fruits and veggies since my bf and I started to save up to move to Orlando this winter. It's good to bring the focus back to the essentials. This weekend- I'll Veggie Out at the Farmers Market! :)
I hope spices are okay..? I LOVE garlic powder and cumin!
