Things of note. found I was recording my weight 1kg heavier than I actually am. So today it looks like I'm losing weight too fast. I don't think so, but I do want to lose 10lbs (4kg) quite quickly to get back to where I left off on my previous weight loss program. Then I am looking forward to learning how to lose slowly, and finally how to maintain. That's in the future though, as I'm in "impatient mode" and am motivated to satisfy my impatience. It was an enormous disappointment to regain 17.5 lbs after my first go around, but I am on the path again and feeling confident of (not to mention enormously rewarded by) my renewed weight loss efforts.
