Battery in my scales died. Although I could feel myself getting chunkier I just ignored it without my reality check. Meals got lazier. Chocolate and cake kept jumping into my mouth. Rum and wine became bed time drinks. Yesterday's chocolate binge was a cry for help!! I have slapped my wrist or should I say thigh, and things will improve!!

dam those chocolate cakes , they just wont keep still, when you not looking anither jumps right in there, so come on now, keep the mouth closed and let the chocolate cake know who the boss is
