Okay now we are going to get serious... I spoke to health coach on Saturday, went to Zumba on Saturday.. bought food so I don't eat in restaurant anymore.....
Health coach says 1800 calories and 80% of weight loss is diet not working out.. oh great... I hate that .
of course 1800 calories does not seem like a lot when I look up that it takes 4200 calories a day to keep me at my weight.. (which is stupid I don't eat that many calories in a day!).. or do i? damn.
well journaling again.. god I hate dieting
