One major thing I have learned. If you don't eat enough, you don't lose weight. Keto has helped me to track my macronutrients to make sure I am getting enough. Also, I thought I was sedentary so, I wasn't eating enough and I wasn't losing weight or burning fat. When I changed my lifestyle to lightly active, the weight I was struggling to lose began to come off. I am now only 1.5 lbs. away from my goal weight. As we say in TEXAS, YEEEEEEE HAAAAAA!
