Another good eating day behind me but another trainwreck of a day for exercise. I know that it is a key component in my lifestyle change. Everyone that I talk to IRL and every blog that I read on the internet suggests that while diet is what drops the weight off, it is the shift to regular exercise that keeps you motivated and drives those good eating decisions.

I have had a problem with very low energy since I became pregnant with my first child. I sometimes seriously wonder if I have some kind of neverending virus that is keeping me so tired all of the time. My thyroid checks out ok, my iron levels check out as ok, my B12 is slightly low - and I take supplements for that - but the low, low (seriously low) energy persists.

It affects my quality of life. And I really don't know what to do about it.
