Wow! Just realized unsweetened almond milk has ZERO net carbs...(the smallest things now excite me lol!)
Scales, schmales! I was 192 last night, 187 when I woke up and now I'm am at another beautiful low...186.8. Maybe going outside to save the Monarch butterflies by moving them to healthy milkweed gave me good luck!

A year ago, the idea of almond milk would make me roll my eyes. But now I love it! It's awesome in cereal, oatmeal and hot cocoa! It's a game changer if you're a milk drinker!

I drink Unsweetened Almond milk with Torani Sugar free Rasp syrup and a pat of butter. Its the Bomb... Usually its in the evening when Im looking to satisfy my craving. Nice and warm is delicious.
