Well. It seems a little sabbatical paid off. I ate rather heavily (ie: higher fat content yesterday). But I also shoveled snow and moved furniture. So maybe I am no longer swapping fat for muscle and seeming to put on weight. I'm still not trusting my WiiFit Board to weigh accuratly, so shall only record, when I see a drop of 0.5 kg and can hold it to the new low weight for 2 days. That said, I'm breaking my rule as I'm recording today. But heh. It's movivating me. I'll take any ooooomph! I can get.
