Arrrggghhhhhh!. One day off the wagon and I'm up .7 of a kg. I need to weigh myself to use it as a motivator, but when the weight does not reward me, it seems to have twice the negative impact. I'll give it a go today, but resolve is paper thin and temptation fills up the whole room.

Don't get the negativity affect your strengths! I have a question for you: would you be able to eat ONLY when your stomach is growling?!? That's tough I know but maybe you have a reason and not just a yes/no answer ;-)
