Down a few pounds, which I attribute to losing some retained water, tracking/being more mindful of what I'm eating and also refraining from the nightly glass (or two+ if I'm honest) of wine. If I can just stick to one glass, I'll tell myself I can get the relaxation without all the empty calories.
