I ended up having a cheat day that proceeded into two cheat days, then I was unable to properly count calories for some of the foods I ate as I didn't have adequate information making it harder to keep it in line. I had a very swollen belly it seemed, much larger than usual, and the main difference was I ate like I was eating before but in excess. I ended up fasting for a day, though mostly unintentionally as I just wasn't able to eat due to work, and that seems to have reduced that issue. It is kind of odd though that consuming sugars would cause me to bloat?

I'm exhausted and going to bed early. Too much work to do for too few people imo.
