Today is weigh in day. Happy with the results. Only had one cheat - when I went to the theatre with my daughter and ate Indian food (technically not on whole 30 diet). 10.3 lbs lost in one month feels good. 17.4-22.4 lbs to get to my goal.

Love this diet "lifestyle" - no calorie counting need, just following the guild lines. My % was better, than my start last year. Yesterday my mom and I made a weekly menu - trying to plan more this week. This is for budget more than weight loss. However, think it's easier to make sure your eating more balanced when you see a menu all planned out. Do this means we have to make 2 menu's - my dad will not eat healthy with us. My daughter eats between both menus. No wonder we blow our budget every week.
