14 February 2016 Week Five of 2016
Plan for 2016 - Smaller goals, starting with 1/2 a pound per month minimum. To be seen - No less than 2 hours a week for working out. Goal Met! - Veggies with every dinner. Missed one day! - No more than one alcoholic drink (mixed drink or hard cider) per week (may be altered for holidays, can save up the weekly drinks to have multiple at an event). Goal Met!
This coming week is going to be a challenge, exercise-wise. We've started the process of looking for a house (we're currently renting), and we've got showings three days after work to attend (which is going to eat into my gym time). We haven't received the time for each location from the realtor yet, so there's a chance I can still do my routine and make it out in time, but if not I'll just have to utilize the weekend.
Went out to a bar last night for a friend's stand-up comedy show. Was really good about not ordering any booze at all (thanks to my overindulgence of drinks last weekend I can't have any alcohol for the remainder of the month if I plan to hit the alcohol goal).
