Still the same....no biggy. I think I might have had a cup of coffee (or two) before I got on the scales. I can't really remember. Caught a head cold from my youngest kid. I just don't feel like eating when I get like this. Forcing myself to eat scrambled eggs and coffee.
Working today on gathering invoices from the home addition project, and also filling out insurance forms with the ppy list. Oh, joy! (NOT.) Focusing better on eating plan, and preparation. That, for me, is key. If I am not well-prepared, I make easy choices (which usually equate to poor choices), and it doesn't end well. So, prepare, prepare, prepare. And run from temptation. =+P
