Tried to eat smaller portions this week but, still using my bulletproof coffee with protein shake in as my morning fuel especially after workouts. It's been tough, family is having pasta and rice and roast potatoes... but, food is fuel not comfort.

I dont know you but I would like to say I'm very proud of you for losing so much weight so far and for being so strong with not eating what the fam is having. wow 1.3kgs still and you have reached your goal.

Thank you very much for your message, it's encouraging. I have actually lost just over 25kg since I started mid August 2015. It's not always easy and required hard work and sacrifice but, you have done very well yourself from 16 to an 8. I love hearing or seeing the before and after stories and the can appreciate the hard work and sweat.

wow well done on the 25Kgs so far , I love before and after pics , and the story's too as you say hard work , I can just imagen you look like a different person now and people are just giving you complements. what is your ultimate goal ?

I have some before pics and need to take an "after" pic (I hate pictures) but, more than looking different I feel like a new person. I am just as impressed with your journey and then pregnant and right back on it, it's great. Do you have before and after pics of your journey? My ultimate goal is around 78kg but, want to get my body fat to around 17% and build more lean muscle so we'll see

Hi Shane I have and every time I feel like really giving up I look at those pic and then release I was never happy , never liked pics but now I'm like someone collecting all the old over weight pics.lol Thanks its a daily struggle or not struggle but lifestyle at the end I'm still a over weight girl in a thin body if I can put it like that. I do daily planing and try to keep myself focus not to eat bad , I do eat cheats but i try to keep it for over the weekends,I'm also working on the body fat part, doing more weights but with cycling its like breaking all my muscle down that I try to build with the weights .
