Haven't recorded much of anything lately but I've been still exercising heavily... A combination of increasing the weights when lifting to general strength and cross-train cardio. I'm just trying to make it through the end of January with my current routine then I'm switching up the weightlifting program to increase strength as well as size. Probably around March (as Summer approaches) I will start focusing heavily on cross-training cardio again and watching my diet more carefully in order to show off the muscle I've built. :).
For all these reasons I only record food when I'm not sure of the calorie count (wasn't sure of the kefir or the avocado this morning) but I'm happy to see my weight is still level despite it being nearly a month since my last weigh-in.
Happy Thanksgiving to all! Enjoy family and friends and didn't stress over your food choices. If you're going to eat, commit and enjoy. No sense in feeling guilty otherwise you won't enjoy. :).
