I gained 10 lbs! Man! If I don't get on the stick and get back on track I won't recognize myself when the Holidays are over! I already feel it all went to my tummy! I feel so bloated and yucky! Back to square one...again! At least THIS time I am not distroyed over it. I KNEW what I was doing so I could enjoy the time with my son & his fiance! So, even though I am astounded at how fast I can put on the lbs...I know I can get back to where I want to be quickly. I just have to have my mind set on doing it. And that didn't come until today...when all the yummy home made treats were gone! LOL
103,4 kg Bisher verloren: 0,9 kg.    Still to go: 28,6 kg.    Diät befolgt: Schlecht.
