Had a HUGE Craving for bananas & peanut butter late last night, so I ate 3 bananas & about 6 table spoons peanut butter! But seriously...4.5 lbs?! Over night?
101,4 kg Bisher verloren: 2,9 kg.    Still to go: 26,5 kg.    Diät befolgt: Schlecht.

I believe it. I've lived it. I LOVE the nut butters but they really do a number on me....lots of cravings for MORE and MORE. Plus, as if that weren't bad enough, it takes me a solid week to recover from a nut butter incident. The good news is that you WILL recover as long as you go back to the foods you know you're fine with. You journaled that you had chocolate cravings for a few nights not all that long ago...that, added to these cravings, might mean you've found a major trigger food in the few days before that time period. You might want to take a look to see if you find any new item you added just prior to these bouts of cravings. Then again, sometimes a craving is just a craving....crazy, huh?

Peanut butter does that to me too, I gain more weight than should be possible. Maybe a slight allergy because my fingers puff up as soon as I eat it. Drink lots of water over the next couple of days....maybe that will help.
