Well I'm at 188.9 again this morning...so at least I lost the bit I gained back. and am now dead even with last weeks weigh-in. I’m looking forward to a more productive week that’s for sure!

I have indulged in some wheat products this past week as I said with my eating out work lunches.... and with Nellies Banana bread scattering the counter tops it has been tough to pass on as well...I know that’s what has hindered me this week , as well as the deadly chocolate covered enhanced nuts that were in my buddy's truck and I used as snacks at work for energy..LOL I truly believed I would have worked off those indulges and then some on top of that, especially out in this cold...but I guess I didn’t work as hard as I thought I did. It just goes to prove my theory that exercise is really a waste of time unless your into it to the extreme like climbing mountains or body building 8 hours a day...You have to cut down intake..it’s the only way.
