Wow! Great to be so close to my goal. I told myself at the beginning of the year that I'd like to reach it by Christmas, but IF has changed all that so now it is hopefully less than a month away. Still only managed 2 hours of exercise since my last weigh in, but food tracking has been good this week. Have a great weekend everyone!

i also started with IF on Tuesday and lost 1.4kg so far after being up and down my weight for some time now. i will give it a try and see how it works,
