Made it through the Holiday with no cheats- that is a small miracle for me! I made mini cheesecake tarts using a recipe from here & they satisfied my sweet tooth- or rather, my wanting to indulge. I don't have a sweet tooth anymore, cravings are gone! Hoping to keep up the momentum. Not losing pounds yet, but I am optimistic.
