Good morning! (Coffee cup salute) Happy Hump Day! I've decided that the more you have to argue with yourself about logging a weight or what you've eaten, the more you need to just do it. Ate within guidelines yesterday but still more than normal and the body is not catching up yet. Where's my whoosh fairy at? I feel like I'm making some traction at work but there are times (ok like most of the time) that I wish someone would just say do this, this and this instead of me creating it and making the decisions. I ask myself why I want that...the first thing that comes up is there is no safety in making those decisions. I swear I need therapy lol. I'm getting better but DAMN IT why is that my first go-to reaction?? Frustrating when you think you got things almost licked...Time to go find things that scare me and do them again. Sigh... Today will be a great day. I'm making progress, conquering hidden fears and I have coffee as a companion this morning. What could be better?
