Day 11: Rest Day (Rotation 3, Day 3)
I was afforded the opportunity to stay up late last night and sleep in a bit today. A good 9 hours of sleep that was desperately needed.
That throws off the weigh in a bit because that put me into a some what fasted state, which is why it is lower than the lowest weigh in I've had since I've started this diet instead of one of the highest. I'll keep that in mind as I continue, but the data should level out as time goes on.
Lots of fats and proteins today. As minimal carbs as reasonably possible, and preferably from complex sources. I have an unusual shift today which is why I was able to sleep in, so I'll be headed to work here shortly.
