Made it through the 7 day 18:6 fast. Not my cup of tea but proud I did it.
A bit dizzy at the moment so going to regroup and enjoy my day off!

Happy to have done the challenge with you! I generally follow the 16:8. The 18:6 fast also worked well with my work schedule :)

i tried the if thing just couldn't squeeze the eating thing into 6hrs and get required calories(900 -1100) i just don't eat after 7-8pm and before 8-9am that's best i can do at this point
