I'm now at the half way point through my new diet plan. I'm adding an additional low carb day before I restart the cycles as I had an extra low carb day before hand.

I'm hoping to see a 230.X next weigh in! We'll see! Anything lower than 231.6 will show progress.

I measured my abdomen and it was down to 46.75! Everywhere else was mostly the same or slightly larger, which lends me to believe that this may actually be working even if the scale isn't moving quickly in a downward fashion.

My stomach is where all of my fat is, so as long as that is shrinking that is a plus!
