Thank you guys for the support. Its a 2 week loss as it was my birthday on the 4th and was celebrating the whole long weekend with cake and braai and bread but it was worth it. So i stayed away from the scale last week. I was also celebrating a 25 kg loss so far. On 1st April 2016 I was wearing a size 28 (yep, a 52) and at 1st August 2016 I was on size 20 (42). So it was a double celebration.

WOW WOW WOW and super congrats on achieving on those amazing results...keep it up. not only have you lost 25kg but also dropped multiple dress sizes...so happy and proud of you- you are an inspiration!Happy belated birthday Siphokazimsiza and hope you had an amazing weekend:-)
