It's been a long time since I stood on the scale, because I didn't want to see what it said. Today though, I'm back on the diet, the three day diet that has worked so well for me in the past. I'm hoping to give it a good go, but right off the bat, I'll be setting myself back with my nightly beer while watching tv before bed. it helps me sleep and I can't give it up!
So, we'll see what happens!
