Well, I did fairly well yesterday with sticking to my food plan. Not perfect. But much more back on track for me. And even though I was not able to get to the gym until 6:30 which is super late for me, I went. And that felt good. I have a long, loooonnng way to go. But I am going to to go there! Ha!
