Hi! I've been reading your thread, and I am fascinated by your great weight loss! Bravo! I saw myself in " the middle age female couch potato @ post and with living in New England also, the go out and exercise thing is easy come may but not so much from now until then.
I'm looking at 2 knee replacements, as well as shoulders and was kissing the pre diabetes line. I'm curious, what plan besides low carb are you doing? Any foods you can suggest, or a typical day ? I've been at this two weeks and have drastically reduced my carbs, calories and intake overall.. the weight is about 3 pounds down.
