I've been doing very poorly with eating, everyone. :(
This month I'm jumping back in. Yesterday I joined a fitness group in facebook with a small amount of people to help keep me accountable.
Ran three times last week! Still doing 4 miles on my Monday runs, the others are 3.5. Soccer is also going well.
This week I'm going to run 3 miles, play soccer twice, do weights once, and do volleyball once.
I'm also going to try to start logging my food.
