It was nice this morning to not run in the rain. I'm all for braving the elements (if you can call it that), but I don't care what anyone says, it's better to be dry than wet, unless we're talking about soaking in the turquoise blue, bathtub-warm waters of the Caribbean... ..holding a Piña Colada (singing "gettin' caught in the rain...")... I had a lot more energy during my run (it helps when you get at least 6 hours sleep!)

I want to be where that picture was shot! And, I want to run outdoors. (We got more snow here last night - and the only running I'm doing outside is to/from the car. Burrrr, it's cold outside!)

Sorry to hear you've got more snow. We have an office in Omaha and I hear from my buddies up there. Back when you had that huge storm last month, there were photos circulating around the office with the snow piled up to the middle of the door.. *shivers*

Yep, due to the cold the hubby and I are about to hit the mall and see if we can hit some old folks lol, not really, just gonna use it for exercise. It is a pretty poor excuse for a mall. i think it still has a dillard's and that is it for "known stores" the rest are podunk stores, oh wait, there is Beall's and Sear's forgot about them. But yea, this should be interesting. Just glad my hubby is gonna exercise with me! 4 months it has taken me to get him to join me. I am so excited!

Your brill to even attempt to go out in rain, shiver, what a dream spot in the poto,, i also love the sun and I've never gained weight on hols exc for malta june 08 and thats when i was unable to walk due to some sort of clot, Hopin to get away to the sun for the summer this year, fingers crossed,
