Just weighing in. I haven't been logging food or exercise for awhile. Still doing a workout on most lunch breaks. The one co-worker that we worked out with and liked to do HIIT was let go at the beginning of Nov. So we've been running most days. I try to get myself to do some pushups or something at night when watching TV. I'm trying to curb the appetite but finding it hard.

All I can do is keep trying!
