Blah! Water gain. Santacon was in NYC this weekend so I indulged in some hardcider and moscow mules. Also not to mention a burger and some fries. I cleaned up my act on sunday, ate healthy but today i gained water weight.
Also not to mention my boss is an amazing baker and brought in her holiday goodies today.. Sadly I had a 2 cookies and 3 other tiny treats. Stopped myself and plan to eat healthy the rest of the day,.
Key here is to not stress when I indulge.

Pan you did nothing wrong, every now and then we need to let our hair down, if you do not then you stress out so much you start eating more and more. Be easy on yourself.
