If anyone can recommend a scale, I would appreciate it!i think i need a new scale- it keeps showing different weights for no reason. I've seen 177.5- 183 today! This digi scale was a hand me down- maybe this is why!

I bought one at Walmart (can't remember brand) that is digital, measures water & body fat, but only measures in half pound increments. It was only $25 so for me it was a good buy. Be prepared that a new scale may put you at a new start point. When I bought my new scale it weighed 5 pounds heavier than my old one did. Considering how off my old one was from the one at my Dr's office, the new one was more accurate. It can be rather depressing to realize that you are really heavier than you thought. But then, there is something to be said for accuracy.
