Ouch that doesn't sound good - but at least you may have an honest and caring wife. Have you been missing out too many nutrients (no I don't want a nutrient debate)? Are you over-doing the exercise? 'Fraid I don't know enough about your diet history but maybe you actually need to stop the diet for a week or two then begin again?
