Good morning. You been having a stressful few weeks, mostly because your spouse has been exhibiting excessive control. Which of course leads to me generating the stress as my goals are being compromised by her Display of control. For example her tight grip on our finances is delaying the completion of our Florida rental home conversion. Sidenote: I am currently cross country, working hard to get our former home rented so that our expenses are reduced and we can start to have positive cash flow. Wow amazing how just saying or writing this down confirm that this is A valid stressor. It's well known in animal management that mental stress is a negative predictor of desired goals. Or output such as in milk cows. Anyway the point for this journal entry is this: my situation for the past month I am currently is affecting my self health. I must improve my health. Diet, exercise, relaxation, and whatever the hell else I need, emphasize need to do. End of transmission.
