I am so happy to see the scale keep going downward, slowly, but surely. So happy. I am adding probiotic foods to my diet and following the "if you eat greens, you will be lean" idea. I eat nuts for snacks (raw, unsalted) and am working out more. I have cut back on wine, but not cut it out all the way. I had a major cheat night on Saturday. But got right back on track on Sunday. Well, mostly. Anyway, so glad for the numbers I am getting. Now to break the 140 mark. Yes, please!!!!! 136, here I come!
