Woo! Record low of 242. Without the boot!

I think that at one time I had a 242 on fatsecret. Or in the back of my mind I think that I weighed 242 at one time in Bahrain when on a walking or calorie counting binge in the past. However, I know I was never below 242, so 242.0 for me will be my record low, since March 2008! I know in March 2008 when I first weighed in on the island I weighed 262.

Got to weight in today old school style, nude and without a boot on my foot. It was good to see the low weight, and even better to wash my wretched foot! It felt so good just washing with water, and then the soap, oh it was divine! I had a layer of gauze-fuzz on it, and I don't know how much sweat. We took some pictures, but they are at home. Maybe I will upload later. I have a facebook friend who went through the same thing and like men, we are comparing scars.

My left leg is noticeably smaller than my right, and it even looks like my foot is different! Its weird, like 2 different peoples feet are attached.

Yesterday went well, I had a chicken wrap for lunch, and a brisket burrito on a low carb wrap for dinner. I was hungry at night, but did not eat.

Tonight is univ classes again. We may go late into the night, our schedule is until 1145PM, but the professor said we will be done earlier. Tonight is two chapters plus labs. I often ask myself "Why am I going to school?" at my age, but it is simply self improvement, and is good for the soul.

Today I am grateful for my wife, who really had to do a lot of work today to assist with my bath! I am grateful for my kids, we are getting along better lately, tough with teens! I am grateful for my job, and my university. I am also really grateful my foot is healing and I am able to be more mobile on crutches. I cant wait to ditch them.

Thanks Kingkeld, it is quite nice. I still have to wear it out and about for about 6 more weeks, but being able to remove to clean is sure nice. And the instant weight loss. My coworkers said I cheated, but I said "Kingkeld said so!", lol.
