Not unexpected. I have been feeling rather sorry for myself and food has been a comfort. My fasting days never lasted past 5pm.
Having said that, I think the main reason is I am happy where I am, weight-wise. I'd like to lose more but it isn't a pressing necessity. I'll have to order a new suit in a couple of weeks time (for the Renewal celebrations), so the weight I am then will have to be maintained until July!!!

You do have to try and not think of food as a suitable comfort (I'm also working on that too) but you've not gone off the rails at all. Most importantly, what a lovely reason to practice Maintenance.

There's a lot going on when you have an operation. There's the lead up to it (like going into battle) and then there's the op and recovery. Its an upheaval and how you deal with it can be a surprise to you. The suit is more tricky, LOL! I hope you establish a weight that you can maintain till the Renewal Celebration. xXx
