My students are having a Christmas party today. We are having pizza, eggrolls, cupcakes, pie, rice crispy treats....I think I am in trouble!

Oh I failed miserably! I failed so bad that I have decided not to weigh again until January 1st. I plan to get back on track tomorrow, but I don't even feel like dealing with the stress and worry of weighing during the next 10 days.

Keep your chin up...you only live once and you deserve a treat once and awhile! Like you said, you are getting back on track and after the first of the year it will all be good! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Hey Girl!! If I would have been there I would have had an egg roll AND a cupcake!!! Well for my birthday I had a good size piece of cake 2 small scoops of 1/2 the fat vanilla ice cream and 2 slices of cheese pizza!! but I exercised right after I couldn't handle the guilt....I am still 165 though so I guess thats ok...I'm sure the party was great!! You deserved to have some of those treats! You will be back on track in no time!! Have a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year !! <3
