Back to pre-holiday weight. I've been feeling very hungry this last week, so not doing 5:2 as planned. I think it is because of getting up earlier, or maybe because my tummy is still expecting to be fed like it was on holiday? Or the change of hour? Hope it will settle down soon, as there's a big temptation to overeat as a result!
