This was a horrible stressful week! Work sucks as usual and at my mammogram they saw a lump. They did a biopsy. Yesterday, I found out it wasn't bad, I'm okay. I tried really hard to be rational and not think the worst, not stress eat, guess I didn't do too bad. :-) only a .something gain. Family here for Easter, brought lots of cake, cookies and candy - but after my good news, I was strong! I ate nothing. Nothing! (for those of you not old like me, that was meant to be a joke from Hogan's Heroes, a TV show long ago). Well, as usual only me and the cat awake. Decided to try some cream cheese cookies I saw on Pinterest so later I'll have something when everyone else is snacking sweets. Everyone enjoy your Saturday!!

Happy Easter and congrats on the biopsy results! I was very stressed waiting for mine to come in back in November. You should be proud of your resolve!

I ate Notig' Notig! as Schutzy would put it! LOL So glad your new was good, and so sad you had to go through the biopsy. I have my M, next week. Ugh! One of. the. worst. tests. e.v.e.r.! Tell us how the cream cheese cookies taste and share the recipe! I've been thinking of trying to make some old time scots shortbread with stevia and coconut flour, butter, and maybe almond flour...you bake...what do you think? I think it may end up tasting kind of like a macroon? Especially if I add some vanilla?
