Frustrating. I keep bouncing up and down the same 1 or 2 pounds. I can't seem to get any downward traction even strictly following my regimen. So, I am going to to do a weekend off -- no deserts but lovely carb filled foods for the weekend. Pizza, burgers, and corn bread all on the menu for the first time in over a year. Hoping the shock to my system will throw things forward again.
