FINALLY!!! i got passes 147. i was stuck there and couldn't move but then yesterday due to my religions rules.practically had.to starve myself. i.forgot it was no meat no snacking ash Wednesday and i brought chx for lunch and didn't eat breakfast. so i had to eat my yogurt and apple slices for lunch i did cheat though and had a piece of chocolate in the afternoon. hopefully we can keep up this slow decline. going to the gym tonight will be the third time this week. im starting to actually want to go to the gym. who knew ???
