I'd say gaining back the weight I lost in a week is quite depressing & it is but at the present moment, it doesn't even make it into the top 5 things bringing me down right now. And right now I'm taking advantage of being sick to eat soup & carbs galore. Perhaps in a few days I'll get up above this massive funk that's bringing me down. Guess we'll see . . .
