Down to my 236.6 to start the week at a pretty good point.
The weekend was good. Just me and Zach. Yesterday I grilled some chicken for us to eat the next few days. This is when I see serious weight loss! So as long as I have sensible lunches, it should be a good weight loss week. I do need to go walking more.
My Achilles is causing a bit of pain, and weirdness around the place where the stitches were. It hurts a bit with sneakers on, which is what I like to walk in; no good sidewalks here, just rocks and desert. I actually feel best in flip flops, but its not a good option. There is some debate that flip flops weaken our Achilles too, lol.
So, I need to get off my lazy ass and get out and walk. As wonky as my heel feels, the pain is superficial on the surface. I am so out of touch with a walking routine, when I get home from work I have a hard time getting out there. I am also having headphone problems, also, excuses, excuses, I know. Just do it!
