I didn't stick to meal plan 100% last week. Back on track today. I still stuck with my calories and fat grams (1550 or less calories, 30 or less grams of total fat) so I still showed a loss of 1 pound.
But I didn't stick to it every day. The night before weigh-in I went out with my family to a restaurant that served only BBQ and fried catfish (only in Memphis, right?) and ate only to satisfaction, but mostly high-fat/high-sodium foods. So I was happy to see a pound loss at weigh-in!
